General Questions

How do I purchase your pieces?

All items listed on my webstore are on preorder basis with a waiting time of approximately 3 months, unless otherwise stated.

Once in a while there will be readymade items listed on my webstore for purchase. You can keep updated by following me on Instagram @dancingjewelbox

Can I order a customised item?

Yes you can, for a customised Amigurumi Doll. You can contact me on my Instagram or via my email, and we can discuss from thereCurrently I do not take customised orders for crochet flowers or crochet bags.

Shipping Questions:

What are the shipping modes available and do you ship worldwide?

For Singapore orders, I offer the following delivery modes:

1. Subsidised normal mail at $0.50

Non-Trackable 

Letterbox delivery

*2-5 working days from posting (however do allow up to 14 days to confirm as a lost mail)

We are not responsible for lost mails using normal mail delivery. A trackable mode of delivery is highly recommended. 

2. Subsided Smartpac Envelope at $2.20

3. Subsidised Courier delivery at $4

For International Orders, kindly contact me on Instagram or via email write for a quote on shipping fees as international shipping rates are currently not available on my webstore.

What are the payment modes available?

VIsa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Aftersales FAQ

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final so do ensure that you have carted the correct items before payment.

All items are checked before packing and shipping. Dancing Jewel Box will not be responsible for any damages during shipping. No returns, refunds or exchanges once the sale is finalised.

Do you offer any warranty?

All my items are handmade and will get worn down with use. With proper care and storage they will be able to last much longer.

If the hardware (keychain, ring, metal bag chains) gets broken within 30 days they can be replaced for free, after 30 days they can be replaced with a fee.

For dolls, bags and any accessories made with yarn, a fee will be collected for the repair only if it is repairable.
