It’s been a while since I last updated this blog and I’ve decided to try to update more regularly from now on. I think it’s important that people get to know me not just as a crocheter and designer but also as a business owner, a Mum and a regular person.
I have so much to share (including what’s been happening in my life lately) but let me first share about today’s (not-so) Surprise Sale of the Unicorno Head Keychains!
As you may know, I’ve been making full body Unicornos since a year ago and they’re definitely the most popular Tokidoki-inspired Amigurumi dolls that I’ve made.
I love the regular sized ones as they’re the perfect size to display their character details. Later on, there were many requests for the mini ones so I also made mini size but due to the size, some details may not be so fine. So I thought, why not just make a doll with just the head? Anyway the main details are usually on the head. That’s how the idea of making Unicorno Head Keychains came about. I made them different from the usual heads of the Unicorno amigurumi dolls as I want these heads to be able to stay upright and hence the flat base. The end product is also very light which works perfectly as a keychain or as a fob for your bags.
Today’s surprise sale is different from my previous ones as I launched it on the webstore. The response is much slower than before though most of the dolls were still snapped up at the end. Looks like everyone will be more excited with a surprise sale on Facebook like previously?
Anyway, I hope you love these heads as much as I do!
Cheers,
Clarise
