Hardware Warranty:
We offer a 3 month warranty for hardware. We will repair/replace for free in the first 3 months. After 3 months, we can repair/replace with a nominal fee.
Please handle the bag with care as it’s handmade and delicate. The hardware is attached by hand to the soft crocheted bag, and definitely not as strong as bags that are machine-made or bags with hardware that are attached to a much stronger/harder bag.
